OPENING HOURS
The Library is open each morning at 8.00am and is available to students throughout the day until 3.30pm. Wednesdays the Library is only available to Senior and Primary students at lunch times
WHEN ENTERING THE LIBRARY
Please leave your bags on the shelves provided in the grilled storage area off the library.
COMPUTERS
A bank of 30 computers is available for student use for classes and individuals before school, recess and lunch times.
Classes with prior bookings have priority use.
Games must not be played as the computers are supplied for educational use.
Printing from the computers is on a user pays basis. Costs are $0.20/page black and $0.70/page colour.
Change is available at the circulation desk.
PHOTOCOPYING
Students may photocopy in the library before school, at recess and lunch times or when sent by a class teacher with a signed note.
All copies are to be paid for at the time of printing.
Cost is $0.10/page black and $1.00/page for colour. Colour printing is done by the library staff for you.

NEWSPAPERS AND MAGAZINES
Daily newspapers are available for reading, as are magazines which support the curriculum.
VERTICAL FILES
Vertical files are constantly being updated with current information and are available on overnight loan.
LIBRARY BORROWING CARDS
Parents and students need to sign a Library and Internet Users Agreement on enrolling at HSPA. A card costs $1 annually and is included in the School Contribution. Cards are issued after the school photographs are taken at the beginning of the year.
