WHAT'S IN YOUR LUNCH BOX?

When a child is at school, they will consume about a third of their daily nutritional requirements during recess and lunch. It is important, therefore, that the lunchbox is well planned to include a variety of healthy choices to ensure that your child has enough energy and nutrients to help them concentrate, learn and play.
